Perimeter

I have been working on area for maths. I am proud of it because I think it is amazing that I know how to calculate area of a shape. Something that challenged me was working out big shapes and timing (multiplying) them together. 'x' means groups of.  Area is the space inside a shape. The strategy I used is called repeated addition and sometimes I split numbers.
